1. RESULTS OF THE RIGHTS ISSUE
The Board of Directors of the Company is pleased to announce that, as at the close of the
Rights Issue on 7 May 2007 (the ?
for a total of 939,698,926 Rights Shares were received. This represents approximately 224.6%
of the total number of Rights Shares that were available under the Rights Issue.
Details of the valid acceptances and excess applications for the Rights Shares are as follows:
(a) valid acceptances were received for a total of 358,771,883 Rights Shares, representing
approximately 85.8% of the total number of Rights Shares available for subscription
under the Rights Issue. These included acceptances aggregating 140,024,687 Rights
Shares representing approximately 33.5% of the total number of Rights Shares
available for subscription under the Rights Issue pursuant to the Undertakings. Such
acceptances included 130,423,437 Rights Shares from Berjaya Leisure Capital
(Cayman) Limited and 9,601,250 Rights Shares from Rantau Embun Sdn Bhd. Berjaya
Sompo Insurance Berhad has renounced its entire entitlements of 9,601,250 Rights
Shares to Rantau Embun Sdn Bhd pursuant to the BCB Undertaking.
(b) excess applications were received for a total of 580,927,043 Rights Shares,
representing approximately 138.9% of the total number of Rights Shares available for
subscription under the Rights Issue (?

The 600,000 sq ft Informatics campus which can accommodate up to 15,000 students, will be one

Hi all,
I have received my application forms on Saturday and you may choose to apply your rights shares using either bank draft or ATM. I feel that using ATM is the easiest and fastest.
