price is a bit too high, not applying..
Hi.
is this a good stock to hold for long term, what with 2008 olympics and all?
Hi Forever,
Never mind. Think even if we get it, it will be only 1000 per pax, even tho you may apply up to 20,000. But then again, if you are applying more than that, then I can't say la... Good luck!
Just did my last min application via IB...
Something piss me off.... I transfer some ext money from other bank 3 days ago and it already showed in my Current Balance yesterday nite but I only can used up the Available Balance... Hence, I end up applied much lesse then I plan!!!!
Any way... wish every one here who apply for it..... a good luck!!!
Peace... is lunch time ^^
maybe good to buy after IPO; pricing at too high 0.95, creating mkt cap ~S$4b. If 0.7, maybe i will consider
Would it be more for long term rather?
too expensive ! another FSL TRUST kopi money also no enough ! good luck .
From NetResearch :
We refresh today our IPO Watch on Yangzijiang Ship Building (Holdings). We think the stock is richly priced at the issue but will enjoy strong support given its increased shipbuilding capacity at a time when other yards are str aining its facilities. Our view is that the issue is a Stag, at best. Read the report for our fair value.
- Yangzijiang Shipbuilding Hldgs Ltd. At best a Stag (premium)
Expensive issue price means high downside risks. Fair value at S$0.70
12 hours left for those still considering this IPO at 95cts. Sales, sales, lelong lelong 95c oni ahh....

Worth a bet not for the valuation but for the potential. China's second largest ship builder can't go wrong in the short term. Cheers! Applied for 50 too! Hope to get some kopi money!
I think this one is ho liao - may be shark's fin. Tikam for 50 lots and hope to get some for stagging.
Peace
may i know when will the results of the ipo be out?
