oh goodness! just read that they are announcing another rights issue...just Oct 07 they raised one...what in the world is happening man? Can they just keep asking for more money just like that?
What are the independent directors doing about it?

Stay out of this stock. rights issue last year (Oct 2007) 2 for 5 at 5.5cts/share.
Less than a year later asking for rights issue 1 for 2 at 1cts/share.
Me will chk with my remiser to see if there is any kopi $$$ to make or not, still got alot of time left.
i would not suggest buying this share for the time being. Keep issuing rights to suck in money but no results shown (positive profits). Does not pay out dividends too. Share price may not move up with such a large float.
there's better shares to invest in.
It has proposed a rights issue 1 for 2 @ .01 cent.
simply pathetic...and not so long ago, there was an article which showed this counter on a positive light...sigh...
