As expected, all going up today. Yesterday volumes are low, no surprises, all the BBs never sell. Still bullish about the economy.

Like what Peter Lim (former remiser king) said, the market will be good for another three years, as developers need time to build houses. Once built, there will be over supply for houses and property crash will come.

Someone asked me how is Progen, but I can't remember who the person was.

Anyway, sorry for late reply, but here's my opinion on Progen:

Stock is too expensive now, alomst 3x NTA.

Co. does not have very solid financials to justify its high Price/NTA ratio.

Anyway, avoid this stock unless you have your own reasons to believe this company is going to be good. Hope this helps.

Cheers..

Hi everyone, understand today was a shock for many people, including myself.

But after calming myself down and looking carefully at the charts, I noticed something among the stocks I have (and maybe other penny stocks as well).

Shares are falling heavily today, but where is the volume? All disappeared. So actually, not many people are selling. Its just that the buyers probably got scared and cancelled their orders, so those who were desperate to sell had to sell very low, hence the sharp drop in prices.

Do note that this is not the start of a correction. The U.S is having a moderate growth in its economy so no signs of recession yet.

Just an update on my portfolio:

ASA Grp 100,000 (good value)

Allied Tech 40,000 (good value)

Chuan Hup 10,000

Luxking 27,000 (good value)

Metal Comp. 402,000 (value)

Nippecraft 50,000 (good value)

Nucleus 20,000 (good value, cash rich)

PNE Ind. 100,000 (good value)

Shangai Turbo 20,000 ( good value)

Happy vesting. Do not panic, always stay calm if you follow my calls (not on margin please...)Smiley

Hi Terence, thanks for responding to my query last week and for sharing.  Was surprised to learn that you are only 18 years old.  Very impressive.

Above 1.5x. I will only pay more than 1.5x if I have solid reasons to believe that the sompany expects to double its profit.

Thank You, made it really clear. Sorry to be a bother, but in general, you'd consider counter with a price to NTA gearing of over 1x to be too expensive?

Net Tangible Assets. That means the amount of assets represented by a share. Eg, if the net tangible assets amount to $1 million, and there is 100 million shares, the NTA for each share would be $1million divide by 100 million shares.

Hope this helps.
