OCBC INITIATES Coverage with Buy Call and $2.08 TP. Note that CWT is a leading provider of logistics solutions for worldwide customers in the commodities, chemical, petrochemical, marine, oil & gas, defense and industrial sectors. A competitive edge is its global logistics network which connects customers to around 200 direct ports and 1,500 inland destinations. The group is currently developing two large warehouses, estimated to add another 50% to its owned warehouse space in Singapore. In total, estimate its entire warehouse portfolio to be worth about $800m. Meanwhile, the recently acquired Commodity SCM business is also expected to scale up quickly, taking advantage of the group’s strong global logistics network and reputation as an established commodity collateral manager

CWT Int: Keeping The Momentum Going BUY, TP $2.05 We hosted a luncheon for CWT’s CEO, Mr Loi Pok Yen yesterday, which was very well-received by institutional investors. We expect the stock to continue re-rating as its appeal to institutions increase from higher profit base and stock liquidity. Management remains confident of organic volume growth in its commodity trading business, with volumes targeted to double this year. Margins should improve on operating leverage. Management concurred that there is significant value in its warehouse portfolio, which we estimate at SGD1.25/ share. Maintain BUY with a TP of SGD2.05.
...Prev Close: $1.580...
Keep going up ! Now S$1.57, high of S$1.585 today morning.
But already take profit at S$1.4 liao. Waiting soften to buy back, but it is still so strong.
Singapore Daily CWT:
Still Significant Upside From Here Buy TP $2.05 CWT registered recurring net profit of SGD85.3m in FY12, which is a 70% yoy growth. Yet we think this is just the beginning, given that FY12 was the first full-year contribution from commodity trading. Management’s near-term target is to double volume in its commodity trading business, which is reasonable, given latest quarterly run-rate growth. Operating leverage should kick into bottom line in FY13 as volume increases. We see significant value, with REIT units and warehouse portfolio alone worth SGD1.20/ share. We use a more conservative 5x EBITDA to value its operating business, but still derive a higher SOTP TP of SGD2.05.
