Immediate resistance is 0.245-0.255. After that has been cleared, it will be smooth sailing up to 0.365

Dear Readers,

It is the best time to start accumulating this share at Sgd. 0.15 onwards up to Sgd. 0.25 gradually. It is very good for long term holding. (High return and relatively very low risk)!!!

Dear Zuizui,

This an unique share placement mechanism. So while the end of the warrant matuarity date. All the exercised warrant to mother shares as if, will be considered as the new share placement for this Shanghai Turbo counter. I consider this is a long term steady growth defensive counter. It is not bad only to hold for long term.

I read this from a TA point of view.

It has very low volume counter... because of this, its not a attractive TA stock. The other charts point to a very slight upward bias.

It is going to issue bonus warrants..

But the exercise price is 0.32 (way above current price).

So all the masters and experts here... what are the implications ? So u think it will have any upside ?

Thank you thank you....

Low price doesn't mean cheap.. for the time being, it is better to avoid. Focus on some other company that had dropped a lot but with solid fundamentals...example Best World!

1Q06 net profit plunged 78% yoy. The reasons for the decline were:
 • turbine manufacturers have started to produce the vanes in-house as their requirements have become more sophisticated.
 • sales were lost to competitors including its biggest rival, Wuxi Vane.
 • has been focusing on making gas turbine blades.

CIMB-GK has reduce its target price from $0.65 to $0.19. Avoid.

So, you can't just rely totally on TA. You must use FA too.

Extracted from my blog http://kelongstocks.blogspot.com Please remember to "support" my blog, thanks :) Fundamental Analysis Net profit for 2005 soared 129% as revenue rose 32% due to largely to higher margins from sales of complete set of vanes. Shanghai Turbo has since secured an assessment trial order from a major overseas customer, Alstom Power and is in talks with Hitachi (Shanghai) Co Ltd and Siemens Ltd (China) as it looks to expand its revenue derived from overseas customers which currently comprise Doosan Heavy Industrial & Construction Co Ltd and Toshiba Industrial and Power System & Services Company. At the same time, Shanghai Turbo has announced new orders from existing overseas customer, Doosan Heavy Industrial & Construction Co Ltd, with more and larger orders expected to follow in the third quarter of FY 2006. One must be careful when analysing the results for Shanghai Turbo as FY05 net profits were boosted by a one-off tax credit of SGD 2mio due to tax incentives granted to subsidiaries (tax refunds and reversal of deferred tax liabilities). Net margins before tax improved from 35% (2004) to 39% (2005) due to the sale of higher margin products. .........continued at my blog
