Singxpress' parent co is hk based listed Xpress group . Do u consider them related¿ I do. This is not a normal penny counter. If buy low, can hold for longer term. This is my personal view only.
Looks like accumulated not enough. Maybe later. Previous high was about 0.02+. With extra cash of $94 million, sure go for bigger project. Maybe projects elsewhere and not only in Spore! Buy low so can hold. Target earn 1 cent, " zhow" . Boss name is Chan and Tang. So dont really think it is related to Xpress.
Not yet hit 0.019C. big player/investor come in maybe later lah.....what is the tgt for this stock ? building DBSS housing only? any other type of business? is their boss same as Xpress Mr KK Fong ?... Tks.

looks like the big players are selling the shares for the bigger player to push it up. My guess will be 0.019 above today end.

Next qtr or half report will be good with revenue being book in only now! I am waiting for it to go back to about 0.023.

Last quarter results wasnt good. but should have good news this time. My take - BUY. Anyway, I am also holding some at 0.0135 average

Pasir Ris One should make some good money for Singxpress... the proximity to MRT is the key factor.
