Public float 1.2 mil share, small ipo with 20.2 m on offer at 0.23c, worth a try, will be easily fully over subscribe, worth to stag, another chance to collect AngPow $$$.
Here is my personnal view and comment. yahh, oni 1.2m for public to tikam, remained share of 20.2m share. 19m is for placement.
IPO at $0.23c, closeing on Feb 13, 2007 (Tuesday). Trading start on Feb 15, 2007 (Thursday)
FYI: personnal opinion, small float can try, got plenty of time left.
It has two (EMS and OEM) Division.
EMS - A contract design and mfg of M/processor controlled automated system for semiconducter and medical Industry.
OEM - A design and mfg, including fabrication of metal parts of proprietary "Kinergy" brand M/processor controlled automated machines.
