Aiyoh, you put all your savings in somthing you don't understand.....that is very dangerous.

DPU is Distribution Per Unit. Its like divident......

%Yield is = (Amount of DPU)/(unit cost of share) *100%.

Fortunately for you, this is quite a safe stock.

Stock investment is never a sure thing. No one can say for sure whether the price will go up or down. You mitigate your risks by doing your research and making your judgement.......even then, the most shrewd investor can make a wrong call.

Anyway, at your entry price of 1.61, you are getting a DPU yield of 3.7%......its still better than FDs or CPF. Since you say you are an investor.......long term,.... just lock it away and don't worry too much about the daily price fluctuations.

Just giving my views. From 9 to 10.30 STI dip mah. Now its regaining slowly.

Don't make everyone panic ! Just one counter not moving to the favour, say whole market. STI rises 39 pts. at now !!!

 

Now it looks like the whole market is doing bad

 

I think those that had got it, bought it. Others who are not vested, find it too ex for the time being to enter. And Shift of attention to other counters like Indofood agriculture.

 

Wats happening ? Spring Cleaning ?

 

Just sharing my tot. positive, very positive for SGX, +41pt to 3,190 pt

x 0 x 0	CitySpring px is well support at px btw $1.60 to $.162c, it open it px at $1.61c, while doing so, some1 is keen to bring it px below $1.60c with a one lot, one lot trade. renkon such doing may not work just for today (Wed) on a very positive SGX.

 

Closed at $1.58, up 10 cts on vol 78,882 mil shares changed hand, +6.8%, A reasonable progress. Tp mentioned in CNA is 1.70, another three day to gogo go or 12 cents on upside, within reason BBs boy purchasing power, jus like today 1mil single deal done at $1.57c.

 

Err..typing error 1,000,000 share done at $1.57c on 16:20:23 hrs($1.57mil).

 

Woww..sure way of telling ppl, mkt bull and hours 1,000,0000 mil shares biggie boy up at 16:20:23 for $1.57cents. ($1.7m in just a single deal.)

Heard over Radio 93.8 mhz news said Cityspring tp px $1.70c B4 CNY, due to strong buying support from....likely script is not enough to supply to investors. Strong support, now traded at $1.59c on vol of 69.3mil, B4 5pm px maybe little pushsy..$1.60 (1,5xx lot to clears).
