I am expecting $1.25 today, but who knows it can also go to $1.50.  Yes, who shorted, be prepared for a sad day.

I bought 96 and sold 1.00 50 lots.  Wasted.  Should have waited another 10 minutes to sell at least 1.10 cents.

I think the dark cloud that hangs over Abterra is the reverse split, despite its improved performance and continued making profits added with more business contracts and acquisition.  People might not like the idea of consolidation.  So it is better to sell first and then buy back immediately the reverse split is completed.  My opinion only, just a thought after seeing it lacks the swing after announcement on Friday night.

The terms of consolidation if approved (catchword="if approved") is 25 t0 1, so 10,000 shares consolidated becomes 400 shares which is only good for the unit share trading available at Poems and one or two other brokerages that have unit shares online trading.

The circular notice also stated that odd lots will be discarded, but what is the true meaning of odd lots, is not defined.  I presume it to be 1 to 99 shares.

Anyway shareholders can vote Yes or No to the proposal and if it is not approved, the trading will still be as status quo, that means the large issue still per normal.

Some people don't like consolidation, and may not vote for it.  Some people can accept consolidation if there is a genuine need for it.

Aiyo, some spook sells one or two lots to bring it to 4 cents whenever it goes 4.5 cents.  What a waste of time and money....Hehehe.
