Better dont play this one - was optimistic previously but no longer. So many unsettled issued - money for the project is still up in the air - no reason why the price will move that much.

I read the judgement, I believe your interpretation is incorrect. The judgement can be found at the Singapore Law Watch web site. I have also read the company's public announcement on this issue.
Check with a litigation lawyer friend of mine and he concluded that the case now is up to the company and Nicky Tan to finalise an agreed fee but nothing in all we read claim it to be $63 mio. If the fee cannot be agreed, it will be left to the high court judge to decide and my legal friend told me for such professional fee, it usually cannot exceed a few million dollar - and the court will have to be fair to the company creditors as stated in the judgement - any cash not paid to Nicky is actually belonging to the company's creditors and the court will have to take their interest into consideration.
The company annual report shows a $63m contingent claims of which a portion is the fee plus other form of expenses, i suspect TT over provide and if the amount is much lesser, it is actually improving the NTA of this firm. That's my read.

Sorry to interjet into yr optimistic mood here. I was having same bullish opinion abt this counter weeks/months ago after the restructuring agreement was sealed cos i thot the worse is over. Yes i do agree eventho its 2 ex-partners for BB backed out at the last minute. I do believe the land is still worth millions more and it should be able to find a new partner to have a more lasting relationship. My opinion however changed overnight just last week when the Court held on to its decision on the validity of the restructuring agreement with creditors. The time bomb that dropped however was that the company was liable to pay its restructuring consultant Nicky Tan a WHOPPING $63 million for its success fee claims. Where on earth is TTI going to find that money ....... as earnings is just a fraction and the company is already INSOLVENT. A rights issue in the pipeline? Who on earth is going to subscribe and even pay over 12 cts for an insolvent company (ie Negative NTA). My friendly advise is that before the real stampede comes (when shareholders realise the significance of the court ruling), GET TO THE EXIT DOOR 1st ASAP ............................................ cos i bet you that there wont be any rally for this share for a long time to come and it will gradually (if u r lucky) slide down in share price to merely 1 cts !!!! Or maybe even plunge like Transcu when the stampede comes.

I heard the project is going ahead, a bunch of equity investor primariliy HNW individual has funded the construction.

Ashley, what is your targeted exit price?
Histrorically, BBs will play TT Int for few days prior to exiting (disclaimer - personal observation), if i'm right.
It appear that the buying in still ongoing..

TT Int announced its 1st Quarter results today. Revenue decreased by some 20% but smaller loss as compared to the same quarter last year.
Wonder how the market will react tomorrow...
Be patience bro....delilberating and substaining at current price is not too bad. At least it is not falling slowly and killing us softly....
When the time come, i still believe it is going to explode and burst off.....
