technically can see it rising and be good to see it above $0.835...there might accumulation...due to some reasons...or it could also be technical based on charts

Thanks Solomon.  I will probably go in at a higher price than 62.  Prepared to collect dividends for long term investment.

On TV  this morning, CNBC  reported MacQuarie Group is making a bid for Australia's  Allco Finance Group (AFP) due to its low share price.Note that AFP is a substantial shareholder of AllcoReit.

How will this bid affect share price of Singapore listed AllcoReit?

Dear Junction bro,

1) currently the price is already attractive to me

2) personally I am looking at Allco for my retirement needs. The NAV looks very good

3) However, as mentioned , sub prime is a problem. The gearing is currently quite high and management has some matters at its hand too. The mgt has said that they will be looking at banks to fund the massive debt due in approx Jun 2008.

As such, the price is dependent on sub-prime and company factors now. I am looking at approx 62 cts to go in if you are really interested to know.

But I will go in only at 40% and will go in another 60% if it drops below 60

4) Moody downgraded Allco due to debt as Allco used bridging loans .allco has clarified that they are now negiotiating with banks, which is a good thing.

Hope they get their loans settled ASAP at low rates.

Bye, all the best to you.

Solomon,

Yes I am vested.  I am waiting to collect more as part of my diversification cos it is very much better than leaving my money in the bank.  Any advice on what price to collect?
