Inconsistent volumes and very low price... TA people should avoid!

1Q07 losses of 2.791m and negative shareholder fund of 17.104m probably takes >2yrs to recover. It is meant for long term investment for those interested. It is more established and branded than raffles ed

 

Once a darling like IPC

 

Vincent Tan exercised his 2011 warrant (paying 5c each) sometime last month as a show of his confidence in the Co. The amount he paid was actually 7.5c, as the 2011 warrant was trading at 2.5c then.

Finally, ppl are realising the potential of this stock (maybe as a result of the acquisition of Orient Century by Raffles Edu.).

The current price is still attractive (compared to what VT paid).

Any comments please?

 

Haha... thats funny.

Penny stocks are very risky because of the huge percentage movements in their price.

Statistically speaking, when a share falls from 10 cents to 5 cents, that represents a fall of 50%.

But for the same share to rise from 5 cents to 10 cents, that means it has to have a 100% gain.

So, isn't it harder for penny stocks to rise than fall?

 

5 cents may turn into 10 cents when invested in a promising stock. Buying at 5 cents is as good as waiting for a banana tree to bear fruit - I was told it is 5 years.

 

Wah liew eh.... 5 cent stock...

one lot would be $50 only....

 

Why punt your life away?  Money punted shd be put to better use - for charity, for tours, for family etc.  Why enrich the stock exchange and the manipulators whose daily bread is "punting" ?  If OHL  can dump all his investment in Informatics, what does it forebode for the stock? 

 

Generally low volmue counter and price is ridiculously cheap. I think this one will be for punters only.

TA people should avoid this.

 

Any take on Informatics would be greatly appreciated.
