Just bought some at 0.27. If can contra off is good if not will just pick up 50% n cut 50%.
Good to see so much sparring on Yongnam here!  :-)
3Q results should be out in November (2 weeks' time?) - anyone hear want to make a speculation?  Positive or negative report?
This will certainly have a direct effect on the share price.

What about the benefits?

So, subcontractors will be given out in late 2013 or early 2014.
If the trend will put construction or infrastructural related companies on fire, will it worth the price if Government carry out more domestic projects such as Thomson Line, Changji T4 or underground spaces?
Wahahahaha, one does not need to make use of clones to further one's agenda.
Using such despicable means can only mean one thing, this joker has shorted Yongnam and is desperate to cover back lower. Hahahahaha
/-). Really cheo kar pengz
Think, Yongnam is hardly on anyone's radar. To have 3 nicknames consecutively thumping down the stock in a short space of time, not very smart of this green university student of a rise syrup -)

And I totally agree with both of them.
Shake out started in Oct. As it progresses, more and more construction firms (especially small ones) will collapse. BTW construction firms are strongly linked through subcontracting and you know what that means- more Alpha Bua to come!
Don't enter this stock! Otherwise you can start sing the song  " Girl on Fire" by Alicia Key in a few months time. wiseguy, I have prepare the lyrics for you already, just in case you need it.
This stock  is on fire
This  stock is on fire
I'm  walking on fire
Yong-Nam  is on fire

Yes, forget this one...the risk is too high at current px.
TOO SLOW.WAY TOO SLOW AND NOT MOVING. FORGE TTHIS ONE.

I just read LTA awarded S$1bn for the Thomson Line:
www.channelnewsasia.com/news/singapore/works-on-three-thomson/851948.html
From YN's financial presentation, I understand they are also bidding in this.  Any good news?

rosesyrup, you must be pretty sore that I exposed your intent.   You want to talk down Yongnam so that you can buy low.   But you kicked yourself, hoping low can be lower, and so you did not pick up at 24.5cts.   Yongnam then surged all the way back up to 31cts.   Hahahaha.   You missed the boat and now you are back to your nonsense, trying your utmost best to talk down the stock again.
Like I said before, please go buy IPCO or M Devt, WE Holdings or Innopac lah, if you do not have the budget for Yongnam, instead of talking bad about Yongnam once you have sold it earlier this year, then hoping to buy lower once again.... and then talk up the share when you want to sell.
Now.... that is what I call real vested self interest, my uni still wet behind the ears student :-)
My BE price?   23cts.   So cry your heart out! Hahahahaha.
Yawn....we all know you bought at high price (36cents or 34cents?). Don't be a self  centered person and lure innocent retail buyers into this counter. THEY CAN'T HELP YOU PUSH THE PRICE UP!!!! You could only wish that I am out of this forum, so that you can continue your ploy. But too bad...
BTW, I did buy into IPCO and lost some money currently, and similarly I did not make a buy call for that thing anymore. Unlike you, I don't sacrifice retail buyers for my own interest. I attempt to predict BBs movement and try to make a heap out of them.
Uni student or not, so far all my predictions on this counter proved to be accurate. Instead of looking at Maybank's one  month old  report and shamed yourself like you once did with DBS report, I suggest you look at the more recent and obvious trend in the market:

Who cares whether you make money or lose money. I just care that no one here get the wrong info!!!

but i personally dont see much upside. the most i can see it going is 35 thats all.
Bro, when Yongnam is in play, it will move very fast upwards, can cheong 2cts to 3cts every day. =)

lol personal view is that this counter move too slowly already but when goes down it goes down very fast. rather other counters with more potential upside!
rosesyrup, since Yongnam is way out of your budget, may I recommend you look at cheaper stocks within your budget, e.g. IPCO, Innopact or WE Holdings? -)

Come, let's share a balanced view of Yongnam (see attached URL below), and not just some young university girl trying her utmost best to talk down a stock so that she can get this undervalued dark horse cheaply within her student budget.... and ride the stock up at her leisure :-)
  http://sgx.i3investor.com/servlets/ptg/y02.jsp
Who cares if she is offended?   Small minded people are very sensitive and easily offended anyway.   Just because she missed the chance at getting in at 24.5cts now she is condemning the stock, hoping it will go back to the same level so she can ride Yongnam up again.
See how petty and vindictive can a university student get? :p

Folks can safely ignore this rosesyrup.   She is probably sore she didn't managed to get in at the absolute low price of 24.5cts when those weak holders finally threw in the towel several weeks back.   Remember Yongnam did cheong back up to 31cts earlier.
So there you have it, a sour grapes   pooh poohing a counter just because she didn't get in at a low price and now bad mouthing the stock hoping to ridiculously to get in at 24.5cts again to ride the stock up -a pipe dream and futile hope.
rosesyrup.... be practical and realistic, not vindictive and vengeful....   LOL! :-)

Thats much better.
I agree that Yong Nam is fairly/over-valued at current prices, but disagree that ALL construction companies will be affected due to the problems you mentioned.

No problem, I merely wanted to warn potential buyers of the possible risks, no intention to " sabo" current shareholders. Also I have no position on this counter currently.
My analysis is not perfect and might be wrong. Hope things work out for you.
