dont need MrWise for this...but if you are not yet vested in this ipco crap, dont touch. SHY only for ST trade when there is momentum..LT not much prospect and too heavy to move. There are many other better shares compared to this two.

Yes, stay long. If CK charge above 2d, its good before consolidation. If delay consolidation to after 2Q even better after.

Though sometimes, the costs of doing nothing as the industry undergoes rapid consolidation might mean that hankore might miss out on contracts with provincial governments in future. Let's hope David has got a plan. My portfolio still consists of 50 % Hankore. Gonna have to reduce that percentage either by buying other stocks or selling hankore. |

I woulden't be that worried about their lack of new deals (Yet)
Right now they have secured phase 2 upgrading contracts for so many of their plants, so even after the current ones have finished by 1Q FY2015, there is still a strong pipeline going forward
The important thing is their ability to secure sufficient funds to carry out expansion. Hopefully they wont have to pay prohibitively high financing costs

(?Company? and with its subsidiaries, collectively the ?Group?) wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Wuhan Hanxi Waste Water Treatment Co., Ltd. (武 汉 汉 西 污 水 处 理 有 限 公 司 ) (?Wuhan Hanxi?), has been granted to undertake the expansion and upgrading of Hanxi Waste Water Treatment Plant (汉 西 污 水 处 理 厂 ) (?Hanxi Plant?) by Wuhan City Water Bureau (武 汉 市 水 务 局 ), which was approved by Wuhan City Development and Reform Commission (武 汉 市 发 展 和 改 革 委 员 会 ) (collectively ?Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project?).
The scope of the Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project mainly covers the following:
1. Upgrading of the current waste water treatment facilities
2. Expansion of waste water treatment capacity
3. Construction of a new deodorization system and
4. Construction of a new sludge processing system.
Currently, Wuhan Hanxi is in process of negotiating with the relevant authorities on the definitive agreement on the Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project. Upon the completion of the Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project, the daily design of Hanxi Plant will be increased from the existing 400,000 tons/day to 600,000 tons/day. Wuhan Hanxi shall commence with the open tendering for survey and design work by 30 November 2013. The Company shall keep Shareholders apprised of any substantial progress of the Hanxi Expansion and Upgrading Project.

Is it because consolidation is a means to equalized long term shorted positions by some big guys market controllers? Guess there is a link. Hope not, can make a research of all consolidated counters, anyone?

did not break 7cts at closing but still considered good. Lets see what happens tomorrow..and lets hope for super good announcements.
A day after 1Q2014 announcement can only reach 6.7c (on 14Nov). & vol was 55M. That's consider a good news, right? Now, no announcement, can hit 7c & vol past 70M. Where's the logic? A better set of news is coming or this is a fluke? Still vested. Cheers

Just to add another point, most consolidation follows one or two years after rights issues for most of the counters going for consolidation. This HK no exception. Had right issues too. Is it because consolidation is a means to equalized long term shorted positions by some big guys market controllers? Guess there is a link. Hope not, can make a research of all consolidated counters, anyone?

MD is usually around 30 a month exclusive of GST unless you are a big time trader racking up thousands of dollars in commission. Then you get whatever subscription you want practically free.
