Jubilee a must watch stock....target $0.50

I don't short anything. Notice if you will that most of the things I am vested in are resources and infrastructure shares.
Besides dude its still very very far from your self proclaimed 50 cents and nearer to my forecast of 15 cents. Just typing what is my two cents worth.
(Note also that many companies have deviated from their core to investing in property. If many co does that, bubble buying forms. Ultimately it's not you vs me. It's just to see who have been swimming with the sharks unhedged.)
Again I don't short (my long term position is down 10k)

Note if you have bought it don't anyhow sell or buy. Cause its easier for people to comment cause not vested ma. (If I'm vested I will hold that's a if - maybe that's why I'm sitting in 10k losses lol)

 

Cause fundamental hero said so " it might be targeted by shortist to 10 cents." I dont short though.
I renew my review. It may get shorted to 15 cent. (Please exercise your own judgement I'm just expressing my thoughts) personally I don't short at all. (Except once when i double keyed an order)

RTO by Jubilee, plan to acquire a 60% stake in development project in Iskandar, owned by a unit of Jewelstone. Jubilee will pay S$60m (RM$150m).
Viridea@Medini lakeside.
It proposes to fund acquisition by issuing 272.7m new shares at 22c apiece to Jewelstone.
Mr Toh Soon Huat, Jubilee's 2nd largest shareholder n sole executive director said "the RTO if completed, will transform Jubilee into a developer with a foothold in one of the most exciting development zones in Malaysia."

Besides its investment in iskandar, its primary business structure is slowly and surely being eroded by new cheaper precision consumer based printing machine. So instead of your 50cents target I'm thinking that this might be a shortists target to $0.10. Because if it doesnt move away fast enough before flood of 3d machine takes on foot, another blackberry or kodak in making.

seems like nowadays good news is not lifting the share price.

instead any good news is a shortist target... very hard life..
