Weiye is definitely a good catch at such low price level. There are a few projects TOP in Jun and we should continue to see better n better project. Compared against those who bought Kyodo Allied b4 the RTO, it is so much cheaper now...

This company will likely be a dividend giving company, judging from its better performance lately.

I am vested a wee bit, so what I said might be a little biased, but honestly if it look at its profit and intrinsic value, you will find that it is has a low valuation.

However, because many developers are moving into the property market fast, it has much to compete with others. Nevertheless it is fundamentally a good company, though the shares are trading half price from its book value, I think.

 

Now most China stocks are uptrending despite analysts saying about China economy cooling.

Well Weiye is not moving even most other property counters are moving.   Maybe it has caught the cold. Hope it doesn't got fever when it is cold, otherwise may have to consult a sin seh.   Hahahaha!!
