Just too bad, it got listed in spore. It's such a small market with limited funds looking at it. If funds r not looking, then come the syndicates, opps.. I think most of the syndicates r either in 罢 工 mode, or r now in 吊 水 mode since the pennies debacles since last mths

Dear Expert seek advise for this counter. Is 0.82 right time to go in? Can Cheong cheong!! Or not:)
Bro MetalTrader, thanks for your views. Cheers!
I believe the 2 trends are the smartest way to play for the public.
As for the 2nd, 3rd biggest shareholders they might want consider buying till a certain % to block largest shareholding from buying and delist it to make it private.

There are 2 trend now playing Vard Holding.
Prediction is of no use, as no amount of changes will make any differences due to these two feasible trend available for " Short Term" .

VardHolding is good for shorting/ buying for short term growth.
Holding for long term simply is not the best choice, as it basically benefits the biggest shareholder and fact of no dividend.
So either you short it down or buy it up for " Short Term" , and continuously play the trend.

Nope, it does not means negative for those buying at short term. Bank are seen buying huge volume at 0.84 and resell at 0.92.
For long term, unless you can outplay the biggest shareholder, but also increasing largest shareholder's stock value if public successfully do that.
But, revenue earned in future will be turning negative as largest shareholder may take opportunity to shift operation to its other related business.
So, whether how it turns out depends on how you played at what time the shareholder is doing. But, you should be relatively clear at all time to be able to make a profit. Each individual holding this stock have their own stand.

No matter rise or fall, the biggest winner will still be the largest shareholder.
If fall, the largest shareholder may take the opportunity to buy remaining shares and delist this stock once got enough % according to SGX Regulation.
If rise, the shareholder portfolio share values increase at a great bound.
If people are buying, they can prevent largest shareholder from buying at low price.
If people are selling, they will make a loss since VardHolding drop from a high point.
Given a clear picture, i hope everybody benefits and make your own risk assessment. Whether to buy in, i would think it will be better for existing shareholder to do so, but for new people entering this stock its best to make own analysis as no dividend are paid and operations remains negative.
