ya. egm resolution would probably unlock a lot of the value trapped in the land and capital structure.
still, given the run up, dont contra on this one. fluctuations can kill u. nth sadder than losing money on a stock tt goes up
Finally punched through 30s...
the technical part is easy. pls do ur own homework. dont buy in just coz of what i said or coz someone said its very strong. we can just be wrong. most impt of all, dont contra this--a few downtick correction can easily kill u n u nv know when its gonna come esp with the low volume.

condo developer and industrial landlord. holding on to a lot of 999 leasehold and freehold land. property value not been assessed for sometime. as we know, property prices going up esp for such land. prob why insiders accumulating. not sure what value unlocking catalyst is.
gapped up on insider accumulation. on uptrend. insiders accumulating on correction. been making new highs so prob little overhanging supply.
bad part? low volume. rather prolonged corrections so bad for contra or margining since timing mistake can wipe u out. not to mention if my guess is wrong
now that i ve made my contribution, can someone tell me what they re trying to do with the resolution for the egm? think i got an idea but they dont teach it in biz sch so can a pro tell me?
