If you have missed China New Town or Debao, can try Weiye before release of its Q4 result. It shd have launched 6 new projects in 2012..

Local property counters are going to perform badly over next few weeks or months. Investors are likely to seek out overseas ppty counters and switch their funds there....
Yi Ling has gone up well. China New Town has gone up significantly. It is about time for Weiye. We should see subtaintial rev/profit flow in 2013 as a few key projects are reaching TOP. Furthermore, there is little free float in the market unlike YL and CNT, it will shoot up quick and fast when volume goes up.
Weiye just sold a small peace of land with a profit of RMB 54.1m! A up and coming ppty developer like Ying Li

Another 1,030 shareholders are holding the rest, a mere 2.41% [47 million shares]. It can become a cornered stock by punters. Let's see if this will happen when the market get hotter for s-chips. Surprisingly very few sellers. It may cross 10cts easily since ppy in china is heating up again...
