It's like Singapore before the IRs la.....how far-sighted of LKY and the government! It's never easy to do business with the Sultan of Johor, meaning you should never fail him for his wrath and control of Johor is beyond the control of the centre in Malaysia. That is the comfort of the deal done by Rowsley and PL in his other deals in Johor together with other important interest groups related to Mahathir........talking about that I reckon his rise in serious wealth begins with his association with Mahathir-lings......and I feel that PL was very astute to have capitalised the opportunity during that time......and I suspect he is doing a national service in a way in his deals in Johor to endear Singapore to his closet neighbour.

There's alot more M'sian BBs than PL, if they are keen. they would have pick up the tap, why???.

Compared to SG property, its definitely a lot more worth it to invest over there. The cost of living is half of SG in terms of currency.
Perhaps I'm a little bias.

Iskandar is grand only on paper for now. Its all marketing to attract investment.. Before you buy into the promise of vibrant and bustling activity there... its best to take a trip around Johor to see how's the progress and whether the government's urban planning (i.e. infrastructure, transport, utilities etc) is well thought out.. i still see a lot of decrepit or half built buildings in Johor and it creeps me out. And not only that, what do foreigners think of the SGD500k min limit for property investment?

Iskandar project is very grand. When the deal is signed, i think rowsley can go further. There's potential. I sold my rowsley previously at 0.335. entered at 0.3 again. It should go up. :)
If you had gone in before it was 10 cents, I think can go in for extras. If not, you are in great risk of losing, maybe 5 cents at least.
rowsley at $0.30 can buy : )
High volumn and still creeping up... this will be a darling stock in time to come. Stay tune

There is gap to be fill @15, @195c, @26c and @...? One can never beat those who computer is faster, on " live" trading.
Can't beat them, don join them to chase higher high...they can buy down (average of...) and selling w/o shorting.
They bot n sell from one(1) lot to few million lots. They loss abit here, but win abit there...
This are real PLAYERS who screen is llllllive alife...
