I wouldn't bet on this counter..the flamboyant CEO spent $1M travelling expenses during the days they bought other companies. The son and daughter managing the company were not able to reduce cost which ate up the thin profit margin away. Comparing their phones and China made phones, S-i2i is not there, be it low end or high end. I suspect their main CG is not S-i2i but Spice Mobility in India. it makes me feel that they are tapping on S-i2i to support Spice Mobility. Previously, they announced to establish a R& D center to develop smartphone software. I have not heard news on this. Similarly, they said they want to merge the all Spice Group entities include S-i2i into one and list the company in Singapore and then London, no news on this too. If there is a up movement for this counter, sell, sell into strength..

Will consider only if he shows their ability to reduce cost and increase profit margin in coming quarterly report.
