Dont mind me saying but after 5% less is not substantial shareholder liao, so do not have to declare when sell
hence i believe that from 22 october until now which is 12 November. YDH should have sold gradually all the shares off to the open market resulting in gradual drop here and there.
Assuming the rate he sold is 8 million.
He would rather have very low few or most probably none of the shares.
The financial results is coming and all investors want to see is a turn around.
Doubt company at this quarter will make profits but compared to a disastrous q3 last year.this quarter would have strong comparative figures .
Hence in my opinion there is possibily much upside as compared to the downside which had already happened upon its drop from 10 cent to 3 cents.
Financial results would be deemed good in my opinion if lossess are narrowed and abalone that was pumped in this early year starts growing so it can be sold in 2013.
cost management and efficiency
If all goes well 2013 would see a fine recovery of a robust company.this stock is for long term.
abalone is like exponential valuation hence the longer the better.
as such i dont expect a profit but rather a beginning of a turnaround of the company state of financials.
then it would be wise to stay vested for fantastic returns once the outlook is clear.

YDH the ex ceo have stopped selling, since no announcement regarding the large shareholder has been filed after 24 October. I think he might like to hang on what he has now, not much to depress the market.
Today raining, abalone will grow faster and populate more.
i think its going up again....=[ better consult my partners...
hmm...we have been shorting 2000 lots each of my friend some time when it was around 8cents to 7 borrow shares and short...making gd money..=) our 23450 lots making us very rich HA! still hoping for more!

this stock is in a pendulum mode.
Those that wants quick profits may keep it in watchlist.
A word of caution, wait for it's quarterly financial rept before leaping.
As for now, don't hope for long term prospects cos this company doesn't have
It is not impossible to go to 10 cents when fundamentals change with times.
Looking at the share balance of the ex-ceo, he has less than $3 million worth of shares and this is not difficult to dispose by him. Likewise it is not difficult for one or two funds to snap the shares up when he sells.
One caveat is if the new team is unable to improve on the company's business, then the shares might remain in low valuation for some time to come.
Just hope the company management is more worried than us, share players. Their stakes are much higher, and they must do more to keep the company in health.

Lost on Midas and Qingmei and Oceanus.

historical high has no grounds of it's share expectations of present conditions.
Oceanus had not been meeting the expectations of it's performances for the past 3 years, NAV is only at 0.05 currently
with the 3rd qtr results, NAV expect to drop to around 0.042 to 0.045
Even with the CNY around the corner, Oceanus sales would not be overwhelming due to the fact that it's losing sales to long time business clients.
It's -ve cash flow conditions are getting worse and if conditions do not pick up by early 2013, there's are likely placements /right issues below current share price.

Going forward.oceanus would likely release financials soon,expectations are that it would be bad ,cash flow would be bad,assets would be bad etc etc. But much of this is based on past tense.
As with majority of market expecting it to be bad hence the large number of shortists. i would take the stance that it would be good.
Having fallen by a large amount since its historical high of 40 cents. I think the shorts are overdone and Yue De Hua barely has shares at the moment. Therefore a large scale reversal would take place.Also the financials have to be in terrible shape with negative cash flow etc to account for this drastic drop etc. If bad news is already priced in and in fact more than priced in . I believe that a turnaround of the company would create a wonderful opportunity.
Taking into account With the recent events after the previous financial reports.In my opinion.
i would expect cash flow to be so much better with the recent cash injection by many BBs of approx 500+ million shares at 7.2 cents.
assets to increase due to the procurement of Yue De Hua farm for $1. unless the farm is worth less than $1
the new growing abalones to contribute much to the Nav increase as it was purchased at start of year and now only begin caging so that october which will not be this financial report will be able to sell
going forward .Its CNY . and traditionally oceanus would be a hot stock by then.
Just my opinion.
The problem is cash flow which is strategically solved at the moment but does not reflect in the earlier financials
just my thoughts.
IN addition on the technical side , it just begin on an uptrend and most shortists are not worried hence no covering at the moment
got to....lol
need to run day to day expenses.
always leave 5% to 10% of portfolio for short term speculation
