Beijing housing price compare to 2008 almost double. The sales also increase substantially.

The national information center yesterday mention that the current policy was unable to force out excessive housing, the housing supply is still not enough, thus it will take a long time to cause the housing to return to nominal value.
The information center propose to imprement the property tax, to ensure that those holding more then one housing will be selling our their property. If this is implemented, it will not increase the housing supply, as those that have more then one housing are renting out the housing. The rental rate are also at an increase. If this is implemented, only those who are holding one housing for their own living will be suffer. Will the price go down, I suspect will be no. Unless the city limited the population growth and intake of village people into the cities and also foreigner from getting in, otherwise the demand will still continue to raise. Rental will support the growth of the housing, those having more housing will get even more.

overall, don't think they will face a big correction now. 
From green green to red in one day. Many got trapped. 

today rise to highest 1.59, experience a correction to 1.505.
now back to 1.525, seems quite well absorbed...

Some reorganisation taking place after the breakout.

It is better to check  on chart  then base on previous memory, seems like there are another 2 resistancce level before reaching $2. One at around $1.65,
another around $1.85. Current Support will be $1.5 and $1.35. So James where is your break even?

Previously. a relatively steep rise from $0.955 to $1.50 in less than 2 months, followed by correction back to almost same level $0.975.
The present rise to $1.52 is not as steep, so would not expect a big correction.
Not encouragement to buy though. If you really want to, please don’t forget about crisis this crisis that first. Cheers.
If the minor 1.65 resistance can be overcome, then the 2.00 major resistance will be infront.
Next resistance level should be around 1.65
