There is a profit taking when first day debut. Investors can buy low at SGX and sell high at Korea do you think what would be happened on first day? Korea index PE is about 30 but there is no confirmed Gaoxian will soar to PE 30 in only few days.

You must show the calculation how you get 0.80 with data don't anyhow say you done study.

Must prove~!!!

I did a deeply study by comparing Sunmart and Gaoxian.

Gaoxian 1 KDR = 20 new shares if Sunmart has the same ratio.

Sunmart offers 20000000 KDR  = 400million new shares.

Rolling PE of Sunmart = 7.255 and Issue and Paid out share = 402mil then after new share issued the PE = 14.5

Gaoxian offers 30000000 KDR = 600million new shares

Rolling PE of Gaoxian = 5.98 and Issue and Paid out share = 1440 mil then after new shares issued the PE is only 8.4

That's mean Gaoxian still have at least 57% upside room to climb. This is the conservative calculation.

If Gaoxian Listing with 16 PE the valuation can be different.
