Ya.....come to think again.......quite true. The words " China" probably is the new catch phrase for over-confident, and under-estimated the effort to run companies.
Their management probably think Cina Boleh.......but end up dipping into the cash to patch the hole(s).
What abt Cosco, MIDAS, YZJ, Unifood ......so far no bad news yet.....

rule of thumb anything with china in e front i wont buy.
some i will do it with hit and run approach but there are some i will hold it for long term....some of them i held it for more than two yrs b4 they managed to make a comeback.....just need to wait....of cos they dont get suspended otherwise u really have to wait way long enough....haha

Use only short term or hit and run on S-cheat.
Use mid or long term on S-cheat will increase your risk ratio %.
And always becareful on their upcoming result, good or bad result is ok.
Just dont come a halt and suspend straight away, very scary, no warning, no chance to run one.

well done, one must have bought at least 250lots@50cents after the Lehman Brother Financial Crisis and profit of $4.30x250lot=1.07 Million with an investment capital of about 125K... good opportunity don't come often and one must be prepare to PARK aside over 100K for long term....
now, with a bit of luck, have to wait for ANOTHER BROTHER or SISTER crisis opportunity and WAIT for another forum CALL on certain chip and hold it for long term....
just an example only: buy now COSCO $2.25 x 200-lot WAIT for it to go up to $7.25 to sell or
WAIT for COSCO to go down to $0.50 than buy 200-lot and HOLD for it to go up to $5.50.
NOT a call to buy or sell or hold.
Good opportunity don't come very often
Now, must wait for next opportunity
I bought in HLA at 0.50 cents and sold at 4.80
I got the call from sharejunction forum in 2009

Super Gone case fundamental with outstanding oversold TA deep deep bottom. Wont drop even a cent, no downside with super upside. Like that die more shoik :)

Richman, you are already a rich man/ answer is incomplete! just buying alone(paper gain) is not enough, you need selling to see the cold hard cash and you need to do that multiple times, buy and sell, over a certain period of time, to see the money lah... its good to have own self-believe, that's keep you going, good luck.

S-chips share prices have been badly affected due to recent and past sagas for the past , its wise for those GOOD potential s-chip companies to STEP UP and do something about it, ,if not, the are not able to sustain, even given the good potential of the company's performance.
Its wise to group up and do something among themselves, which, if possible, should be initiated by SGX.
