
good uic breaks with decent volume thou higher will be better but most impt is it move as i expected.. damn if sky petrol move like i expected hor seh liao..
Volume will naturally go high when the in crowd suddenly snaps it up at higher prices... :)
Guess today volume must be high enough to build up the trend

The reason why I say the trend could be ending soon is because of 2 things -
(1) The Acc/Dist line seems to be flattening out
(2) Chaikin Oscillator (this one is actually an indicator to predict Acc/Dist lines) is in a downtrend

Singaporegal, was hoping to acquire this when price breeched 1.91 but guess have to wait. Can enlighten why do you say that the trend may be ending soon ? Can share u used which indicator to predict ? Thks :)

let's hope that they are redeveloping UIC building to residential .... If they do so, they would certainly receive very good response just like Marina Residences ! Then share price will definitely shoot up... shiok !

On the charts does it appear to you the property counters seem a bit limp lately? You can check a few to see eg. Ho Bee, Allgreen, CDL.. seem to be starting a correction phase, may even downtrend?

however if holding for long term will be a better choice as i suspect UIC may formed its own REITs soon to take advantage of the current demand. why wouldnt Wee and gongwei mind selling their building at more than 1.5x valuations to consumers?
