Hi Vic,

I'm not too familiar with pennies so need your input.  Since it has already cleared 26.5, would you still recommend a buy-in?  Assuming no problem with holding power.

I'm looking at anything with ROI of at least 25-30%, need to work my resources to the bones.  Want to clear my commitments fast.

Thanks for your sharing, I've benefitted lots Smiley

Big lots sell down may or may not be to  "cool the market down"...

It may well be those who have earned enough...

and are preparing for to proceed to Tung Lok... :)

Yup, looking at last Friday's closing, this counter is definitely moving upward but measuredly under the guided decision of BBs. Just hang on and follow upward when BB moves. Can sleep peacefully with this counter under the pillow....Smiley

Wa lau Vic,

Hats off to you!! You're a real model of a thorough investor.  Remember driving all the way to Tuas and Katong Shopping Complex!!  Now even Jerome wants to follow your footsteps!  Strike up a conversation with the driver of Ah Poh's trucks!!!  Wa lau, talking about role model!!!

Jerome, maybe have a talk with this uncle and post us a summary of your conversation, then we can really have insider info as to progress of Ah Poh's biz!

Maybe I'd don my scuba gear and get Ray with me to take some pictures when we're at Jurong Island.  Another 007 movie in the making!!!!

Jerome, Vic no offence intended ya!  keke

I use to service PohTC before. it is still a family run business rather than fully run by experts but than all i can say is they make fast payments to contractors. as in they dun delay. i assume it is their strong cashflow..

well, man-management is quite important in any company, esp one that intends to go places.

So treatment of the staff will show the management's mentality on one of their key resources, human capital. I would be very apprehensive if the staff does not have a single thing to say about the company

hi Vic,

to tie up with the world's largest operator for stainless steel ISO tanks is quite a coup isn't it? Makes one kinda excited thinking about it.

I was at NTUC the other day and i saw PTC trucks with Fairprice cargo.

Never knew that they were handling for Fairprice.

Anyway, i keep on seeing their trucks on the roads nowadays and all look spanking new and well maintained. In fact in my estate, i always see this uncle who drives their truck. Perhaps i should go talk to him about the company. HEE...

Vic,

Ah Poh may be lau cheow but his trucks are robust and as harryp noted have been seen moving around.  But I really wish Ah Poh can move as fast as his trucks!!!!  However, 0.5c per day works out to be 2.5c per trading week, 10c per month, also can lah.  Slow and steady, go Ah Poh, go!!!keke.
