I thought u had post that u had covered some only le, yesterday. Now u covered all . thats is the reason why i said, when u short , u post, and u wxit , u did not .. I am sorry for those who had listened to u. Poor man, they should ganna licking their losses... I am an investor, of course, and i will buy when it closes down to its book value. Thats my motto. I tired of telling yr arrogant style. Nevermind, u short and i go long term. At least i have scripts and u don have (borrowed). And i get div, and interest if i pleged to firms ( who then loan u)  haha i made 2 earnings

there u go again, mr isolator, stagflation will not cause bubble burst. Anyway, u know what is stagflation? No growth does not mean cycle end. Look at Japan, they went through a decade of stagflation, and have u heard that japan house is cheap, as compare to 10 yrs ago. HAHA. maybe u must attend economy class. China and singapore will not go into stagflation cos, they have tighten money supply. Only lose money (M1) supply is 1 of the reason to cause stagflation. Any agree with my view. If i am wrong , pls correct me. What is the problem is too much fund flow into the region, and if do not control them- inflation out of control, then we have problem. But this may happen when US start to increase their rates.  Too long to explain .....

It is all depend on China and Singapore government on how they  handle.... A mistake can be turn out to be a crisis... An Stagflation will be dome too.... I do not want to instigate any selling or buying... Just want those long term investor to have a thought on it before they buy or sell.... lol

and i don know how much you understand about property cycle? Do you know cause the property burst? And how long a bubble creat? Even the famous roubini could not predict ( don know u know him or not) anyway he predicted the lehman collaspe. As in FA, if property rises with no implementation of interest rate increases, credit control, then the bubble birst. And most of all, bubble always start with the banks , who did not control their house loan, which will turn bad after too much exposure. When the banks stop lending suddenly , then bubble burst. Do you know, mr isolator. I can assure u that singapore has no bubble, cos most of the bank portfolio expose to house is low, even now getting a 80% loan is difficult, don say 90% BEFORE. I advise u , read more fundamental analysis before u comment on the cycle. U can always short if u think is wise, but do not corrupt others. Or maybe u will the ROUBINI ( he became famous cos noone believe him, thats us is in crsis)

Sometime, we just need to use common sense to  invest especially for those long term investor.... What goes up need to come down..... Property cycle is long....  A measure is to reduce the impact of fall and not to prevent the fall...  A fall is a must... or else a crash is unavoidable... Long term run... there is a possibilty to  see $2 CPL....And that may signal bottom... Enjoy....

It depends on the whole market forces.  And most important, If china stop using RRR, and interest rate. instead use currnce appreication (mostly they will) , then things and tides might change. But who knows right? I also never expect F@N shoot from 3.76 to 6.85 in just 6 months...who can predict-- if i knew 8118 comes in 1st price, i would hamtam all my savings in.hahaha

isolator, my friend, i agree with u that the price is hopeless, but thats does not mean the company is hopeless. Let the market corrects itself, eps the Europe , US and China. Everything must get straighten before it can move on. I personnal view this yr is a consolidated yr, where every countries trying to straighten up their problems, and maybe we will see light in the last quarter to next yr

Isolator      ( Date: 19-Apr-2011 11:50) Posted:
