if he puts  it with  a private bank then should really be pledged and blocked liao ie unless he has to meet margin calls or defaults on loans, he's prob not going to sell soon
good news for those long? gotta lock up the other potential sellers too tho

nothing much. Edward Lee's direct interest (10m) changed to deemed interest. Most likely is he pledged his shares with a financial institution
