China is mighty, build missile, build rocket to moon, build its own planes, build it own ships in quarter the time, the west need to learn and Had BUILD the Great Wall of China more than 2000 years ago.

SINGAPORE: Sembcorp Marine's offer to buy the remaining shares of a shipyard that it does not already own has been rebuffed.
On Thursday, it offered some S$59.4 million for the 15 per cent stake in PPL Shipyard that it does not own.
It made the offer to PPL Holdings, which holds the 15 per cent share in PPL Shipyard.
Sembcorp Marine owns 85 per cent of PPL Shipyard and has claimed the pre-emption rights to buy the remaining shares.
However, PPL Holdings has rejected the payment as its parent, Baker Tech, had signed a deal to sell PPL Holdings to Chinese shipbuilder Yangzijiang.
Sembcorp Marine said it will take the necessary steps to enforce its rights and will provide the update when required.

I won't be surprise if both buyer and seller is the same person. It seems that this person is suppressing the price maintaining it at around 1.38 - 1.39. Having noticed the volume pattern for the past few days, thare are many "fake lots" queing on both buy and sell queue. We are talking about 2000 to 4000 lots each time, trying to create a fake impression to both public buyers and sellers. Once the target is acheived, 2000 - 4000 lots will be cancelled each time, and large volume of buy or sell around 2000 lots will take place within 30 to 45mins.
This is based on what i observed for the past 2 days... I may be wrong...
