A year ago before the railway accidents and subsequent govt intervention on the official corrupt practices in the railway projects and pulling the brake, many people had bought this stock between 80 cents and $1.  Now the issues had all been resolved and the resumption of the railway expansion plans with the huge stimulus infrastructure budget, such target is realistic and easily achievable  very soon !

When Midas thread become M1 thread?

Whatever lah. Starhub will catch down M1. Singtel will catch up starhub and M1. M1 don't drop can laugh already.
