The main reason (excuse) for the recent sell-down was a fear that China will reduce impart duties for sol but not palm oil. This is now confirmed to be not true as import duties for ALL food oils have been reduced. This is positive for all CPO exporters and China is the largest market for GAR.
I think the shorters kenna burn yesterday. Buyers will continue to come in today to buy up what was sold in panic last week.

Hammer Appears after a decline! Possible Bullish reversal!

It seems like forming a piercing line or hammer on the decline. May expect uptrend for the next 3 days.. till Thu.. This is my analysis.
golden agri rebounded off it's 200 ma support today. In order for Golden Agri to resume it’s trading momentum, it would need to find it’s place into the bollinger band again and test it’s immediate resistence at 0.665.

watch out for GoldenAgr. 0.655 is reasonable and based on the technical analysis on the chart, it is going to start to rising back any min in the next few days

Topping 1st in vol has given players, an opportunities for others as well, like d traded done after trading hrs...?.
GAR closed at 0.655c on volume of 2,870,000 shr changed hands after trading hours closed, (willing seller sold down to buyer on Q).

I think one can never know when the counter will continue to move down or make a reverse U turn and move up again. It depends on mkt forces. If BBs Monday decided to push this counter up then you may see it bounce back again ..
Hold if you have the holding power. Set your target and once it has reached your targeted price then you may your decision to sell.

for me, its buy now and sit quiet for some time...
This counter can always expect the unexpected. When it is down it goes down very fast. When it is really uptrend, it can move up also quite fast.66 cents is coming..

just a reminder..
only me and ipunter said we are waiting for 50 cents. we didnt short this counter, we merely wait for it to drop to 50 cents then only we will buy. It doesnt mean that it will go down to 50 cents but we will only enter if this happens.

Not to forget, there are shortsellers exposed too. Remember weekend posting many people comment waiting to drop to 0.50 cents ? There will people who believed and shorted this counter today. That's why early went down to 0.635. If price holds at 0.645, there will be coverings too. So, early buyers take profit, early shorters also have to cover by buying up. Two ways to go.
