Yes, it is a good move by the authority to control the run-away property market.  Imagine you have to pay S$50K for popular area (S$100K for Queenstown) over valuation for HDB flat.  Amazing, where this people get the cash?

For property sector, it's mostly red today due to the measures to cool the property prices announced on Friday. If it still don't work, more measures will be taken. Guess the authority will try to do their best to control the rising property prices.

Hi,

see the fundmentals of Allgreen. I dont pretty much like what i see. personally, i noticed Capitaland in the property sector. my choice, among other reasons, is made not for contra nor day trading. i believe there are other choices, if we look hard enough..

Allgreen's TA charts still look bearish. Better to be cautious.

TA charts look slightly bearish. Acc/Dist and Chaikin don't look very good.

Does that mean also apply to the other property developers?  There are a lot of sub-sales in the market now, a lot of speculators.  Those properties that have been sold 100% - if you read the prpoperty classified, there are a lot of sub-sales, a lot of people are hoping to cash in a fast $$$.

Hi violet-ang,

I don't believe in averaging but I think this counter looks like it may have bottomed out in the short term. Acc/Dist is trending up slightly.
