Hi ed88ks,

By TS do you mean Target Price?

If so, I don't really set target prices to buy or sell... I just try to identify the trend and follow it. If the trend changes for the worse, I'll bail out.

Yes, I notice that it it went to a intra day high of $1.34 then pull back to remain flat at $1.26. But interesting is it did not go below $1.26. I usually notice when a stock goes to a intra day high and finish off at a price below its previous day, it usually means the next day it is going down (case in point was Genting). I think it is heading higher from $1.26. Let's see....

Notice the turn in price from $1.34 back to $1.26 on Friday closing after it had open strongly. I believe this stock heading for some correction on Monday as it run up too fast. Be extra careful.

I was looking at this stock at 72c and the valuation really cheap and the prospects going forward looked promising. At that time, the stock was playing with my patience and simply refused to move.My past experiences have taught me to be patient. My patience has been rewarded:). If you find a growth stock, just let it ride for the long term but stil monitor. I find it not worthwhile to always "buy sell buy sell." for growth stocks.

Business Times 20 January 07 FerroChina inks agency deals to boost exports. Company says result could result in US$317m export orders.

Less than three weeks into the new year, FerroChina announced yesterday that it has entered into agreement which could bring in US$317 million in export orders for the current financial year.

FerroChina, one of Asia's largest producers of galvanised steel coils, announced that it has entered into sole agency agreements with various parties to handle its export sales in the UK, Australia, New Zealand. Israel, Italy and South East Asia.

The company said the new orders are expected to contribute positively to group revenues in FY2007. Asuming that it obtains the same net margins of 6% that it received in the third quarter of last year, FerroChina will be pocketing some 150 million yuan from the latest orders.

FerroChina said,"As a key business initiative, FerroChina seeks to diversify its sales efforts globally. This will allow the company to capitalise on the global marketplace for galvanised steel, which should translate into stronger sales and better margins for the company. The Bermuda-incorporated cmpany with production facilities in China may see net profits grow to 370.6 milion yuan this year as the company expands its capacity by another 30%."

The next growth story could very well be Noble Group.

Notice that this stock never had any recommended buy. I notice all the reports had a non rating. One should be aware companies out there do pay analysts to write good report so their stock price can go up. Once one notice the good fundamentals of the stock, it does not need a analyst write up for the stock to gradually move up......

One of my colleague is practising the WAY, Lao tze's philosophy. No promotion (1 of the 2 persons) for last 2 years. Lao Tze's philosophy is good for retirees.

I agree with Maxsyn...

Lao Tze is the ultimate master of reality -
The best philosophy in the universe...
The teachings are naturally sound and universal.
It is the way. Way to go!... :)
