Centillion has NAV of 0.22. So would this be a protection to the investor. Also if it is so risky why would gov allow investor to use their cpf to purchase?? Just some thought.

So I take it based on lack of any comment on this Board that the completion of the Centillion JV last week has gone completely unnoticed in Singapore!  Has there been any news locally that would indicate the JV is real and whether it has consequences for Centillion shareholders?  For example, is there any Centillion left outside of the JV or is it folded in totally?  Is Centillion or the JV actually doing business, with customers, revenues, and so on, or is this a phantom company with shares that are pure speculation?

OHL bought the shares at $0.008 per share. Which mean he paid 0.8 cent for 1 shares and the share price is 15.5 cents now. The condition refrain him from selling as he cannot sell the shares in 6 months upon buying. He bought in last Oct 06.Hehee....6 months is just over, it is time for him to sell now..... No wonder this counter is so quite now. A big storm is coming soon. Better dump this shares before it is too late. See this report for yourself.

I surprised there is no comment in this forum on completion of JV with Veolia on 27Apr, creating a 50-50 owned entity called Centeonyx.  I would think it at least suggests there are lights on in the Centillion offices; any other indicators that business is happening there would be of great interest.  I assume CIRA shareholders have an indirect stake in the JV... is this incorrect?

No problem with online trading of Centillion from US online brokers.  Our main issue here is verifying there is a real company & business. Sure would be nice to have some evidence of this.

Speculative play for this counter, hence, this restirction acts as a control.

Do anyone know why UOBKayHian don't allow traders to buy/sell Centillion's shares online? Smiley

I get the logic, thanks.  Still this would seem to make more sense if Centillion were a functioning company.  The puzzle which is hard to solve from here in the US is whether there is an active company behind the name.  Centillion's apparent advertisements for new hires are a good sign but not fully persuasive absent any other indications of life.

Thinkpac proposed to acquire TES and then inject into SM Summit. This means a possible reverse takeover of SM Summit. TES is engaged in e-waste recycling just like Centillion. Get the picture now? OHL is sitting on a handsome profit. He bought around 0.85 cents. So I don't think he'll sell out if there's an offer for Centillion. Though, if the price is right, he may just do it.

Sorry, I am unable to connect the dots.  What does the announcement have to do with Centillion?

Still curious about any info locally in Singapore that suggests Centillion is actually in business.
