Was wondering all seems good??. It 's good to leave under a good name rather then face with certainty and or un-certainty...? Which is which?.

heard also that they may be replacing their CEO Andrew Jonathan Rickards as he is not as focused in their Myanmar business as he should be.
They mean business and would implement all the deals on their table.
Aberdeen funds has a good track record and that it is the only fund managers that i would not hesitate to put $ on them.   Look at their thai fund performance vs its competitors.
Look at YOMA now ...it is also restructuring its management and injecting new blood into its myanmar business. So of these are managers from reputable cos. All in all, Yoma is on the right track and it is serious abt the myanmar ventures so stay vested and accumulate i would think.
or that one of the aberdeen funds is managed by an overpaid  momentum chaser

Aberdeen Asset Mgt PLC reportedly own 58.2 million of YOMA SHARES. That is about 5.03% of total YOMA 's shares.A substantial shareholder. It bodes well for YOMA.

Let monitor and see if Yoma drift down from here. Friday is a good day but it is still down while most went up....
Agreed. If you have seen the YOMA recent presentation slide, you would notice that the organization chart shows that each division has a MD reporting to him and he reports to the chairman.
Rendering the CEO having not much to do because all the division MD are capable to lead their own group. Also don't forget the chairman's sons are also working in YOMA.

Yes I believe CEO is too highly paid for doing financial engineering for Yoma. He has done what is necessary but going forward, he does not sdd much value now that all the businesses are slowly pumping into Yoma.
Yes.why the CEO sold his shares at this time?
I believe his time is in YOMA may be numbered.

Andrew Jonathan Rickards...7,000,000 mil shr, at 0.80829 cents.
This stock is high risk and high gain.....can go either way..........
Why sell at this time when all seems good?
We do not know the reason why the CEO sold his shares... Maybe he needs cash or YOMA's share has peaked...maybe he has fallout with the chairman of YOMA. Resigned? He has another chunk of about 7 plus million shares on hand that can only be sold on or after 1 Nov 2013.( These are all sign- on shares when he joined YOMA).
Full financial year report should be out anytime.Let wait for the report.
Anyway,I believe YOMA potential is very good in the long term.
