Exactly! History tells it all, same management asking for more money from the market, diluting minority interest. Yet each round does not have the new investors (or if they are really serious investor for IPCO) to improve the business. Probably the same this round no difference, will see.

it tends to stagnate a lot and it is not worth the wait for traders to camp around and finally get that 1-2 bid sudden rise to earn that meagre amount.. it favours the shortists.. 'cos some BB has been wanting to keep it at 27/28 range.. the moment it goes up to 29/30, shortists can come in take a ride, 'cos the BB will push it back down to 27/28 again..
