The main reason is that people always think that when stocks fall, they must go back up eventually, no matter what the circumstances.

And this is most dangerous, since the person will then buy even more stock to gain time to recover losses.

But unfortunately no one can really tell when stocks that have fallen from the highs will regain their former 'glory'.

It is usually the act of averaging down that makes for devastating losses.

do you folks have this  too?

when the price has reached your cut loss point.. then you ponder and decide to stretch the tolerance further..

until a point where you totally bored with it and it becomes unfeeling..

when is GAR releasing their result?

MrKenny      ( Date: 22-Feb-2011 21:44) Posted:

for those owning this stock now, please do not panic sell. It will only cause you to  incur  more losses if you do that. I suggest for those who own it continue to hold. It will rise back eventually. A piece of advise, to make up your losses, you may want to enter into the market again while it is low  Smiley

With the RSI at 30 percent but on a move to the north, it is forming a bullish divergence with the last 3 lower low of the security price....

What's your take on this counter?
