WB and Peter Lynch is 2 of the best investor in the world and we cant deny that. With their super knoweldge for the market and with tons of $$$$$$, they can do many many things when the chance come. Eg, they can buy 20+ super undervalue strong fundamental stock when market drop like hell, and even it drop after they buy, they still got tons of $$$ to average down till they happy. Cause with tons of backing $$$, their best power advantage is hold till they shoik. And when market recover they also profit like siao. Unless u also got lots of backing $$$, if not it really hard to apply WB or PL strategy without holding power and tons of $$$ to shop around.
Why not you ask around all your friend who know WB principles
inside out and see how many did even 1% better than WB or PL?...

Whether your style of betting is lucrative or not, only you know best.
In investing, there's no point at all to 'invest' but lose money by doing so...
All you need is to ask around your friend who are the greatest holders (investors)
and see how many make money, (if any)...

market is extremely oversold. may have short rebound. calamities are cause by foregin factors... economy is still intact. US market should be having their correction long ago.(they extremely overbrought)..where asia market had started correction since two weeks...

I totally agreed with Angel iPunter. In this kind of siao act cute bear market, u had to learn to cut lost or cut yourself to avoid slowly bleed to NUS/TTS ICU. U just dont know how low it can go and how bad it can be, and the best safest bet is to cut lost and stay out of market till it recovery. Good lucky all. Hugs and kisses.

Lucky i closed all position/profit taking/cut lost last friday. Market sentiment and STI getting worse and worse each day till i go watch Topix/Nikkei porn porn better. Dont know when all this rubbish/shit/wet sai last and dont know how bad it can be, so the best safe bet for me is to out of market for a while and waiting for market recovery. At least now i can sleep well, suck thumb and wet dream well without any ejection difficulty. Many govt now like to gang rape/target/kill lock property and contruction sector so it also better to stay away if u can, dont know how long they will rape them? Wish those still in market can survive this china intrested rape and those rubbish gone case riot at so many place. As u can now see everday bad news is 90% more than good news and even 10% good news given to STI also no use, cause STI now had lose it manhood (banana spoil liao). I be back! cya and kiss kiss all :)

The main reason is that people always think that when stocks fall, they must go back up eventually, no matter what the circumstances.
And this is most dangerous, since the person will then buy even more stock to gain time to recover losses.
But unfortunately no one can really tell when stocks that have fallen from the highs will regain their former 'glory'.
It is usually the act of averaging down that makes for devastating losses.
