  ISDN Holdings Limited wishes to announce that it has on 14 March 2013 entered into a placement agreement with UOB Kay Hian Private Limited as the placement agent. Pursuant to the Placement Agreement, the Company has agreed to allot and issue up to 36,000,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company at an issue price of S$0.24 for each Placement Share and the Placement Agent has agreed, on a best endeavours basis, to procure subscribers for the Placement Shares at the Placement Price...

the recently listed company hylcyon looks potential. after listing share price rested for awhile, never break below ipo, recent increase in trading activity, price trading in a range, looks likely to have a breakout soon.

mid term investing should be gd.

since the announcement is out shouldnt we sell  on news? that seems to be the market reaction for the reporting season

 

At any times, try not to hold more than 4. because penny can gap down altogether, and u have to be fast to take action.

But i got 6, 2 more. 

Imagine if you got 10 counters, how to respond like last week.
