250m in sales (9 mths ended 31-Dec-06) and brand awareness in 60 countries, i would guess flush with cash it would hit a billion in sales turnover within 3 years.

This is oni the beginning for a new era for TTL growth under Mr Oei and Mr Toh to make it a success, a combination of these BBs involvement will ensure TTL is a force to be rekon with.... 

 

Novena boss. Mr Toh Soon Huat can sell his entired Novena share to TTL, and become a major share holder, together with Mr Oei hong Leong who bot into TTL Akira Brand. I can see why if BBs like them like so much and has plan for them for big growth, this is definately share worth looking for in this near future, potientially Mr Oei might put to inject some asset into it as well to make it a more value added stock eventually. So renkon it share may worth more, as for today it up +1cts to $0.21c and traded to a high of $0.23c on improve vol 16.4m share.

 

I tink TT Int is a stock worth looking into it. Within a few weeks, it had news of buying Novena and now IntCapInv say it will buy into TT Int. Mr Oei had link with all these companies so i think it worth to keep cos even in today market uncertainly, he still buying into it. So it worth to hold for a few months or years to see what he can turn this company around. Jus my thought

 

Noticed Oei Hong Leong Foundation Ltd is also involve in it as stated in para 10 Undertaking to Vote in the announcement issued

According to it press realse, TT Int will buy Novena Holding for $13.5 Million and Novena will become the 2nd largest shareholder in TT Int. TT Int issue new share at .20each to Novena to match the $13.5Million.

Can see 220 lots quee at .19 liao. But still dunno wat the news. Notice one of it director/Substantial shareholder had been brought 2617 lots from .145 to .155 from 4 Jan 07 to 12 Jan 07.

 

Any1 know the reason for the Halt on TT Int??? Thanks. Hope it a good news cos brought 30 lots few weeks ago.
