Wait awhile , keep abit~ no harm. See profit ~ sell and laugh.~ =D

And if the deal is to be honoured and put through, then shareholders should be laughing once again because either one of the parties or both of them would have to support and help to push up the price to the 12.32 cents level.

Ref to my earlier post, if the deal is on, then Innopac would be ten to twenty million dollars in profit, if it were to buy the market instead of issuing new shares.

If the terms of contract is no cancellation, then Platinum would have to swallow the bitter pill of going through the deal...Lol.

Innopac Holdings Limited has entered into a conditional subscription agreement with Platinum Partners Value Arbitrage Fund L.P. pursuant to which the Company has agreed to allot and issue an aggregate of 250,000,000 new ordinary shares in the capital of the Company and PPVA has agreed to subscribe for the Subscription Shares, at an issue price of S$0.1232 for each Subscription Share, amounting to an aggregate consideration of S$30,800,000..

Hi, I wonder if the above contract is still on in the light of the share price falling so much lower than the subsription price? Will Platinum honour the deal in the light of the current deep down price of Innopac?
It would be interesting to know if the deal is on.
