HANKORE ENVIRONMENT TECH GROUP LIMITED (Incorporated in Bermuda) (Company Registration No. 34074) ______________________________________________________________________ ISSUE AND ALLOTMENT OF SHARES PURSUANT TO EXERCISE OF WARRANTS The Board of Directors (the â??Boardâ??) of HanKore Environment Tech Group Limited (the â??Companyâ??) wishes to announce that a warrantholder has on 30 October 2013, exercised his rights to convert 8,000,000 warrants into 8,000,000 new shares of the Company (the â??New Sharesâ??), at the exercise price of S$0.04 for each New Share. The New Shares have been issued and allotted on 7 November 2013. The New Shares are expected to be listed and quoted on the Mainboard of the SGX-ST on 13 November 2013. The proceeds raised from exercising the warrants will be used for general working capital of the Company. Following the allotment and issuance of the New Shares, the number of issued and paid up ordinary shares of the Company is 4,861,334,075 ordinary shares. send more emails to them...and demand for the SGM asap. If we let him procrastinate..the share price will slide down even further..all the good deeds done over the last few months from 3+cts to 8cts will go down the drain if we let that bugger idle even for one second. I am a LT investor but I dont like this consolidation sh1t one bit when the reason given for this exercise is to reduce the transaction cost when dealing with the shares.

this year is suppose to be the year that HK flies, this year is the year where HK turns around and by my calculation we can see 2d in the share price...but the king of clowns screwed it all up with this exercise.

HK can surprise us early with their result announcement today...latest by this Friday. Even if the results are good.. I dont think the px is going to cheong much...until the consolidation mess is over. Thank you David for this short term stress, you idi@t.

Of coz I do...lets see what story he gives us for this RSS.   Btw, he is not CEO, he is now   Chair-meh..The reason he gave on the announcement dd 4nov is so flimsy..reduce transaction cost in the dealing of the shares?   Bollocks to that... I dont mind paying more for transaction cost if the Px keeps going up. you all agree? If that is the main reason he gives...then I will really really fk him on the spot. He better have a good business reason..otherwise, he sure will have a lot of ppl waiting in-line to mentally rape him.

And the longer he waits to call for the SGM, the lower the PX will get. So get on with it David, we are all waiting for a piece of you.

He has one chance to give his intentions before the Q&A session. Fail and we will see what happens. Will watch leeeta lay into David together with all the other uncles. Hahaha. I will be busy eating and eating some more. Once in a while come in and watch.
