CEO sold off market transaction 34,586,000 JES and received exclude brokerage $5,187,900(works out to be $0.15) on Jan 3 to increase liquidity of the shares as he still holds 52% ie 613,606,000 JES share price today 19cts still above what he sold.Told shares left 552,422,000 and if U take out the other major shareholders or nominees account free float very little

The news doesnt bode well.. CEO sell off at this time.. what does it tell you abt the coy?
The news could be already factor in Jan2 N Jan 3 as the price has dropped a bit,,the rept did not specify price he sold off(married deal)..34mil sold and he received S$5mil on Jan 2

If can't hold above 19cts will let go all the balance still has some profits since it came up from 13-14cts on Dec 27 and I bought 15.4-16.2 and 17cts-17,8cts..will unload all

Profit taking and contra players out too..last thur Dec 27 was when this JES shot up from > 14cts to high 20cts and close at 15.8 and Fri Dec 28 high vol of > 84mil with high of 20.5cts..if can stay > 19cts then next rally intact

Dec 27 thur when it suddenly move to a high of 16.2cts and fri dec 28..morning hanging around there suddenly about 3pm shot to 16.8-16.9 and tghen all the way touched high 20,5cts and close at 19cts(vol about 84mil) and then mon 31 half day trading was 47mil vol,,,close at 19.9cts ..today hit high 20,5cts with vol 28mil and close at 19.8cts
JES... 4 PM already... you should wake up now !!
