Don't forget that it issued rights last year, this will cause earning dilution, so it's unlikely to go back $6 that easily. Maybe another 5 years?
But it did more than double from its bottom, and the current price may have factored in the recovery. Whether it is sustainable depends on whether it can remain profitable I guess.

Neptune Orient Expects Return to Profit on Shipping Rebound
May 15 (Bloomberg) -- Neptune Orient Lines Ltd., owner of Asia’s largest container line by fleet size, forecast a return to profit this year as a global economic recovery boosts trade and cargo rates.
