eastonbay, maybe the recent stahub cable tv saga made people like me very scared le... and do you know, i was a loyal customer of starhub mobile using the same line using more than 5 years.. then when i decided to change a new hp, i just go and sign 2 years plan to enjoy promo rates for a hp.. then the service staff there told me i shld call their hotline and request for hp vouchers before i come down... then i said y nt gif me the vouchers then? their reply- must go thru hotlines only then vouchers will be mailed to you.. nevertheless, i just buy 2 hps and walked off in disappointment.. treatment for a loyal customer, aiya....
