When comes to supplying of building materials, it is vital that the Suppliers could gain the trust of the Builders and Developers that they could meet their demands at all times so that their works are not delayed. Such a trust is not gained in a short period - it takes times and efforts. In other words, Builders and Developers would usually source their requirements from the 'trusted' Suppliers and have a peace of mind instead of going to the unknown or a new Supplier. I'm not saying that Azetech could not make it in this line of business. What I'm saying is it takes times and efforts. How long would it take? Well... no one really knows! Cheers!

Everyone who is wondering about their experiance, please go to company website.  There is a lot of explanation.

Just an opinion, experiance is always been asked.  But the most important thing, can we see their power and weaknesses base on their report.  For me, plan is more important than experiance, experiance is another issue.

Diversified their business is good but like what ten4one mentioned "do they have the experience?".  There were many companies in the 90's also jumped into the bandwagon of property development during the property boom...and were killed.

Ya, it looks good in the booming construction industries; but my concern is whether Aztech has the experience and know-how  to handle this business! Cheers!

Aiyah in suck (i mean such) situations, nothing is spared as Fund Managers need to shift from one Market to another 'cos the Market is short of CASH (credit crunch lah). Just sit tight and learn to sell into strength the next time around! Cheers!

PS   I don't see any change in Azetch's fundamentals - the selling is all just noises!

techsys, thanks for your comments. will wait. 2007 q4 earnings should be out soon. not expecting a miracle, but the aztech's q4 figures are usually quite strong. best of luck to those vested.

Hi Still,

My advice, don't do anything first.  If you have bougth .. and too late for cut loss .. keep it for long.  When market is uncertain ... it's wise to move aside and have a look ... everything is oversold right now ... and everyone is waiting ..
