All oil & gas contractors perform very well in SGX except Ezra and Nan Cheong. Wahahahahaha When it will cheong lleh
EZRA has been showing support around 0.95 and resistance in the 1.092 price range. The technical indicator shows a buy with the 1.276 target price in six months.   http://sgx.stoxline.com/quote.php?s=5dn
Hope Ezra will wake up soon!!!
Look at the most recent financial statement here:  http://ezra.listedcompany.com/newsroom/20130412_074941_5DN_D30FAF83271A997C48257B49003AEF07.1.pdf
On page 12, point 7, it states that Ezra's book price is 121.53 US cents at 28 February 2013.
At today's rate of about 1.24 for USDSGD, that means Ezra's book price is S$1.506972.
Using the last price of S$1.015, that means the Price-to-Book (P/B) ratio is only 0.67.
Recent news has been very positive:

Ezra Reports 34% Rise In 1H FY13 Revenue And Gross Profit
Apr 12, 2013
If you look at the stock price here (http://www.ezraholdings.com/investors.php) you can see that there was a fall in the stock price around the beginning of April, even though there was a 34% increase in revenue and also increase in gross profit as well as net profit.   It seems that some people sold just because there were some negative research reports on Ezra, notably some analysts who changed their rating from 'Buy' to 'Sell' overnight. From the above calculations solely based on book value, Ezra looks undervalued, given that book value is only the sum of assets minus liabilities. Even if you are using a conservative P/B ratio of 0.8x, then Ezra would be worth at least S$1.20. A higher P/B ratio of 0.9 would indicate that Ezra is worth at least S$1.35.
Other factors in Ezra's favour
Ezra owns EMAS (http://www.emas.com/) which has delivered strong revenue growth.
From the AR12:
The Subsea Services Division experienced stellar growth in FY2012, growing its revenue to US$551.6 million, a substantial increase of 207% from US$179.5 million in FY2011. In less than 18 months since the acquisition of AMC, the Subsea Services Division has become the major revenue and growth driver for the Group, having contributed 56% of the Group’s total revenue for FY2012, an increase from 32% a year earlier.
This is what management said on 12 April 2013:
Ezra has assembled a well-balanced portfolio of project enabling subsea construction and supporting assets that will set EMAS AMC apart in the subsea industry, especially with the Lewek Constellation – an ice-class deepwater multi-lay vessel with heavy-lift capabilities expected to be ready by 2014.
With the new vessel, it is expected that Ezra's revenue and profits will increase further.
Note: The above is not meant as trading advice. Always do your own research and verify the numbers yourself.

Have to have real patience with the darling
Low - 955
Close 1.02
High - 1.035

only 7.5 cents from the low 955. She is still cheap as compare to Ezion's rise
Still not too late to grab some before it is 15 cents from 955.

my personal opinion:
i always the ezra selldown was rubbish. this is because its subsidieries Triyards and EMS are having record year booms. only the parent company is not performing but it will be pulled up by the sisters!
... analyst ...just like us.. can and do make mistake....so can't rely on their tp entirely... need to do some homework...
.... but if the true upside potential is just ~20+% ...it is still worth considering...
....making final decision to go ahead or not.... should be .... easy la....

Yes I am with you.  Hold and be patient

3/5/2013 DBS vickers research report: Maintain BUY TP: S$1.56
EMAS AMC, the subsea services arm of Ezra Holdings, has secured a contract from Statoil for the Smørbukk South Extension project in the Norwegian Sea. Valued at approximately US$75m and expected to last through 2015, the project award is a SURF (subsea construction, umbilicals, risers and flowlines) EPCI (engineering, procurement, construction and installation) contract. This is Ezra's 4th project win from Statoil. With this contract, we estimate EMAS AMC has secured close to US$835m of subsea work YTD in FY13 (Aug YE) vs. our full-year assumption of US$1bn, and current backlog in the subsea services division should stand at over US$1.1bn. Subsea order win momentum has continued to build well in recent months and the addition of two more subsea vessels in July and August will further position Ezra to ride on the surging subsea activity levels. No change to our earnings estimates, given that the contract win is within our expectations. Maintain BUY and TP of S$1.56.
