Some possible scenarios for a spike in IPCO's price:
1. Dato/Lee wants out completely
2. Dato/Lee wants to reduce a percentage of their stake/s prior to debt ceiling in 7 Feb 2014
3. China gas business makes some headway
4. Other business catalysts

Retail investor don't buy the fish head,,,,,waiting to buy the fish body more safe,,,,,,wait and let the bbbb eat the fish head,,,,,,
All pennies will run again...... Markets not going to crash yet..... Next year maybe..... All this will be indicator by price pattern and not timeframe... Only BB can give you a timeline as they can play it up.... So when someone give you timeframe.... they can be BB!! LOL...
